Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Clarity & Calm Club is a monthly membership providing access to digital resources, worksheets, guidance, community content and other benefits as described on the website.
Membership benefits may be updated from time to time to improve the membership experience.
2. Membership Fees
Membership is charged at the rate shown at the time of joining.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Membership fees are recurring and will continue until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time through their membership account.
Cancellation will stop future payments but does not normally generate refunds for payments already made.
Members will retain access until the end of their current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
If there is a technical issue or payment error, members should contact The Business Signpost and each situation will be considered individually.
5. Access to Resources
Membership is for the personal use of the member only.
Resources, downloads, worksheets and materials must not be shared, copied, resold or distributed without written permission.
6. Community Guidelines
Where a Facebook group or online community is included:
- Members are expected to be respectful and supportive.
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The Business Signpost reserves the right to remove members who breach these guidelines.
7. Educational Information
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Business information provided through the membership should not be considered legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
Members should seek appropriate professional advice where required.
8. Availability
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to the membership area.
Occasionally maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
9. Changes to Membership
The Business Signpost reserves the right to amend membership content, benefits or pricing.
Any changes affecting existing members will be communicated in advance where appropriate.
Founding Member rates will remain in place for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.
Founding Member Promise
Members joining at the Founding Member rate of £12.50 per month will retain this rate for as long as their membership remains active. If membership is cancelled and rejoined at a later date, the current membership rate will apply.
